Dear Tribe Members,

There is so much to talk about that I don't know if I can give the ideas justice in one message. In fact, I know I can't! We have been working very hard in the last few months to bring a new collection of tools to the greater theatre community. We are getting close! Please bear with us as we fine tune different aspects of the site.

StageTribes.com is an offering, a work in progress, a place to share. We have created this site in response to the needs of the theatre community.

Let me get straight to it.

What does this site have to offer?

  1. Social networking tools including custom profiles, a place for tribes to assemble, photos, and videos.
  2. A searchable monologues and plays database.
  3. An online store dedicated to making new plays instantly available in a digital format.
  4. A chat feature that allows you to chat with multiple people on the site at the same time in easily created chat rooms.

How will the site grow?

  1. We will continue to streamline the current tools for maximum effect.
  2. We are working on a local events aspect to the site that will make it easier for you to find productions, workshops, auditions, etc.
  3. We are working to incorporate a trading post for props, set pieces, costumes, etc.
  4. The play shop and monologues and plays database will grow exponentially.
